V60 Brewing Methods
V60 is one of the most popular manual brewing methods in specialty coffee, known for creating a clean cup with bright acidity, balanced sweetness, and refined flavor clarity. Its cone-shaped dripper and paper filter allow greater control over water flow and extraction, making it ideal for highlighting delicate coffee characteristics.

Water Temperature: 92–94°C
Brew Time: 2:30 – 3:00 Minutes
Step 1 — Rinse The V60 Paper Filter
Rinse the paper filter with hot water to remove any paper taste while preheating the dripper and server. Discard the rinse water before brewing.
Step 2 — Add Ground Coffee Into The V60 Dripper
Add 15g of medium-fine ground coffee evenly into the V60 dripper and gently level the coffee bed.
Step 3 — Bloom The Coffee In The V60
Pour around 30–40g of hot water slowly over the coffee grounds, ensuring all grounds are saturated evenly. Allow the coffee to bloom for 30–45 seconds.
Step 4 — Continue Pouring For Balanced Extraction
Gradually pour the remaining water in slow circular motions while maintaining a steady and controlled flow for balanced extraction.
Step 5 — Finish The V60 Brewing Process
Allow the water to fully draw down through the coffee bed. The total brewing time should finish around 2:30–3:00 minutes.
Step 6 — Serve And Enjoy V60 Coffee
Remove the dripper and serve immediately. The final cup should taste clean, balanced, and expressive with refined flavor clarity.
